Vibhor Singhal

Vibhor brings two decades of experience in strategy, transformation, and large-scale change leadership, with a strong foundation in top-tier consulting and banking. He has successfully led high-impact initiatives across banking and financial services, telecom, technology, aerospace, and automotive industries, delivering measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.
With extensive global experience across multiple geographies, Vibhor has navigated complex change programs in diverse markets, enabling organisations to align strategy with execution and achieve operational excellence.
Prior to founding Bodhinix, he held senior leadership roles at ANZ, leading strategic, regulatory, and digital transformations, and worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and EY, providing high-value strategy and operational insights to global clients.
As Founder of Bodhinix, Vibhor’s vision is to guide organisations through complex change with clarity, resilience, and purpose, helping them transform, innovate, and rise stronger — much like the Phoenix that inspires Bodhinix’s name.
Shubham Singhal
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant | Privacy & Cyber Security Leader
Shubham brings 20+ years of global experience in Privacy, Data Protection, and Cyber Security, having worked across Australia, Singapore, South East Asia, India, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His expertise spans industries including banking, insurance, e-commerce, IT/ITeS, and telecom, where he has led large-scale initiatives to strengthen resilience, compliance, and security.
Before co-founding Bodhinix, Shubham held senior leadership roles with global firms, including his tenure as Director, Privacy & Data Protection at KPMG Australia, where he was recruited from Singapore to bring specialised expertise in cyber resilience, privacy, and business continuity.
Shubham has advised organisations on implementing Privacy Management Frameworks aligned with global regulations such as the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and Singapore’s PDPA, as well as frameworks for Information Security (ISO 27001), IT Service Management (ISO 20000), and Business Continuity (ISO 22301).
As an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Shubham has co-chaired the KnowledgeNet chapter in Singapore and continues to contribute as a speaker at leading privacy and cyber security forums worldwide. His vision is to help organisations safeguard trust, protect data, and build resilience in the digital age.
